The doctors and the staff are very good and helpful. Having a semi room for a day the only issue people talk loudly not realising there is another patient in the same room and play their cell phone with volume. I hope this would be taken care of. My recent experience with the billing and radiology department(Ms Mrunal) Was very good the staff I dealt with was very courteous professional and very helpful.

Good experience with all doctors and treatment for my father. Everything went smoothly. Rooms are nice and clean. Only wish is easy availability of private rooms. Other than that, everything went like a charm including billing. Special mention of Mangesh handling billing department, very courteous and caring people.

I have been recently admitted to RUBY HALL CLINIC PUNE for the ear surgery. ENT SURGEON DR Sandeep Karmarkar performed the surgery on 15th Feb 2025. Dr. Karmarkar is very talented and experienced ENT surgeon. His diagnosis is very accurate and subsequent is very effective. Dr. Karmarkar and his entire team at O. T. is very efficient, supportive and courteous. At RUBY HALL CLINIC the pathology, radiology, consultation services, 2D echo and all the investigations services are very fast and all the reports are immediately uploaded on the email address /WhatsApp of the patient. Even the CGHS staff and officials at Ruby are also very helpful, prompt and courteous. Nursing staff, mama, mavshi, cleaning services are extremely efficient and courteous. At Ruby all the facilities are available under one roof with latest equipments, expert technicians., doctors. Considering the large number of patients per day one can understand some delay in admission and discharge process but there is some scope for improvement. Overall we are very happy and satisfied about the services and treatment provided at RUBY HALL CLINIC. I shall definitely recommend this hospital to others.

Overall hospital and staff was nice and friendly to patients. I visited cardiology department and they have diagnosed the patient’s problem precisely and performed the operation in no time.
