I recently stayed at a ibis where I had the pleasure of interacting with the front office associate Rajesh , and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the associate greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine welcome, which immediately made me feel at home. They were incredibly efficient in checking me in, ensuring that all my questions were answered promptly. I appreciated their knowledge about the hotel amenities and local attractions, which helped me plan my stay better. Throughout my visit, they remained approachable and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests I had, whether it was extra towels or recommendations for dining options.

“I had a fantastic experience with the front desk staff subhradeep From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. They were knowledgeable about the hotel’s amenities and provided excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions. Throughout my stay, they were always available to assist with any requests or questions, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made my stay much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend ibis kolkata to anyone.

At check-in time, it was crowded and so little waiting for me But overall a nice experience with family! Appreciate front desk team and especially Ali to take care of my request to provide nearby non smoking rooms. Breakfast and dinner was also good! Room service was also Good!

Great hotel, plus a big stadium you can walk in and watch games. I love this hotel, because it has a new Gymn, and a pool, as a traveler, plus great food it has everything you need. I always need both pool and gymn to keep me active and stay healthy burning calories. I highly recommend The Stadel Hotel if you looking for a place in Kolkata. Lastly friendly staff who can help you anytime of the day.

Well appointed rooms, good sincere staffs,the restaurant (First Innings) offers varities of tasty food items. Front desk executive Mr.Sudipto is an asset for the hotel, he understands the customer needs quite well and quite co-operative, I wish him all the very best.... Good luck TEAM THE STADEL.

Very nice ambience as well as good service received from the staffs over there. Great rooms as well as food. Amazing in one word. Must visit place for sure.

Excellent hotel at an incredible budget. I appreciate their professionalism - allowing an early checkin for a tired guest and a late checkout for an unwell guest. The maintenance is amazing, so is the courtesy of everyone at the hotel. Cozy, well-cleaned rooms, zero hassles. Special thanks to Mr. Sudipto Roy who handles the restaurant in night shift and personally caters to every guest. Would love to visit here again.

Comparatively smaller rooms, nut service and support and excellent. mostly international cuisine are confusing. Chef himself is not able to explain the cousin.

Wonderful experience. Service food ambience staff location every thing was very much satisfactory. I am really happy with their service. The way hotel served , it felt me like 5star hotel . I will definitely refer my all friends and relatives for Ethnotel . Just love it ..
