The hotel offers a comfortable and modern atmosphere with excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay. The rooms are well-appointed and clean, making for a pleasant experience. However, some areas, like the dining options, could use more variety. Overall, a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Overall a very cooperative staffs and a memorable experience altogether. Right from check in to check out to car arrival on time, everything was flawlessly executed. The bfast spread was awesome too with plethora of items to choose from the spread.

Great hotel to stay for both family and business purposes. Food served is great. Service overall is quite good although a little slow at times. The hotel hosts a lot of events and parties. Entries for the same are reasonable generally.

From the moment we stepped into the buffet at Novotel, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The spread was not only generous but thoughtfully curated — from crisp salads and live pasta stations to aromatic Indian mains and decadent desserts that made it hard to choose just one. Every dish tasted fresh and flavorful. But what truly made our evening memorable was the impeccable service by *Saloni*. She was attentive without being intrusive, always ready with a smile, and made sure every member of our family was comfortable and happy. Her thoughtful gestures and prompt service elevated our dining experience beyond expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The ambience was peaceful, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and all the amenities were top-notch. We had our Bengal gynae and obstetric society's 88th foundation day and we celebrated the whole day with several scientific programs. Very nice and classic Hall. age old and the best in India. Everything is nice. We had several programs in several times before and enjoyed a lot each time.
