I truly loved my stay at JC Residency, Madurai. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and very comfortable. The food was delicious, with great quality and taste throughout the stay. The staff were extremely courteous and always quick to address our needs. The parking area was also spacious and well maintained, which was very convenient. A special mention to Arun at the reception, who was excellent in assisting us, clearly explaining all the requirements of our stay, and ensuring everything went smoothly. Overall, a wonderful experience — I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Had a great weekend stay with my extended family. We took three rooms and had our assigned very close to each other. Staff were polite and addressed our need of extra bedding without issues. Room service and house keeping were amazing. Kids had great time in the pool. Breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff there offered great service. We will definitely come back if we are visiting madurai without any doubt.

A very beautiful hotel with lovely architecture, but the cleaning could be improved, especially in the bathroom. The restaurant staff were very pleasant. We really appreciated having espresso coffee, which isn't easy to find in India. I highly recommend the hotel, and I will definitely return. Thanks a lot to Jasmine who help us and for her kindness.

I rarely give any reviews but this stay has forced me to give exceptional review. The best thing which I liked is hospitality all the staff members are very attentive and approachable. For any of the query we had they have provided proper response. Property is bit old but very well maintained. Excellent buffet spread with good taste overall restaurant service is exceptional. Also for or train journey they provided us with some munchies. The stay felt like home away from home.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. Kids specially enjoyed the food and the swimming pool. We spent the New year eve here. Diner was fabulous. We although envoyed live music and fireworks. Thanks.

Worth the money spent. All the rooms were very clean and tidy. Very good service. Breakfast is complimentary.There is a large parking lot.Accommodation for drivers is available.The only drawback is that the food at the restaurant could be more delicious.

I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Royal court The staff was very welcoming, and they served us tasty welcome drinks. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is convenient, close to the main attractions in Madurai. The Lunch buffet was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. Overall, it’s a great place to stay with good amenities and top-notch service. Highly recommended.

Hotel is in center of the city. Accessible to all visiting places. Excellent mutton biriyani with buffet lunch is top notch. Helpful reception staffs. Clean and nicely maintained rooms. ||The special and un expected thing is massage chair in all upgraded room. We feel the body relaxation.

It's my first visit here and the stay was enjoyable with good rooms, food and service. Specially, they will give you 24 Hours of stay in the hotel from the time you check in, which I have not observed in any other hotels of the kind and the staff are really helpful.
