POPPYS HOTEL MADURAI REVIEWS

Everything about our stay in Poppy hotel_ Madurai was excellent. The staff both in the hotel and restaurant were very helpful to our needs. Ms Kala made us very comfortable. Mr Pallani from house keeping even made towel puppets for our bed. The restaurant breakfast had a very wide variety of items. Recommend this hotel anytime. We plan to definitely stay again in his hotel on our next visit to Madurai.

Room was spacious clean. Check in was a breeze. Food was superb. Excellent service by the staffs. Especially Ms Kala G. Helped us a lot and tend to my mum who was unwell. Brought her a refreshing drink to make her feel better. The service was exceptional. Thank you.

Stay was good and pleasant. Staff was very polite and supportive. housekeeping and room service was quick. The only suggestion about the washroom, they are quiet big but can be better with new accessories like new shower panel and basin taps.

Mr. David is an efficient manager. He understands the needs of the customer and behaves accordingly. His skill of connecting with people is excellent and he has good outside contacts due to which he does not hesitate in providing any kind of help to the customer. He has many other qualities which are very good for taking the business forward. I would like to thank all the staff for their cooperative behavior. I would like to thank the person who leads the cooking staff because he is always ready to improvise in the food by understanding the needs of the customers. Thank you Amrit Singh Rooms: The furnishing and cleaning of the room was excellent. Safety: Safety wash also good especially lift safety. Food and drinks: Good food quality with lots of variety.

Stunning hotel nearby Madurai airport! It was such a treat to spend one night here! Delicious breakfast! Spacious and clean room with a great view and very good fitness facilities! And they have a pool too which gave us so much joy! Definitely recommended and would stay again here when in Madurai! They also have a cool Sky Lounge which we were unable to use as we arrived so late in the night, yet next time for sure!

Excellent stay at the property. The staff is courteous and the food is really good. Asha at the reception ensured a smooth check in and check out process. Looking forward to stay again.
