I Had a wonderful stay at Heritage!wonderful place! Full surrounded with all big trees! Blissful stay! The villa were clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxation. The highlight was the South Indian food—absolutely delicious and authentic, with every dish bursting with flavor. Excellent service and great hospitality made the experience even better. Highly recommended.

We loved the service and attention all the staff gave us at Banyan restaurant . Every one is courteous and pay extra attention on whether we like the meals . Monica is an asset to the restaurant .Her energetic smile is so beautiful. She cared for what we wanted and it was a delight to meet her .

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, providing all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out, though, was the supportive and friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and address all my needs promptly. Whether it was assisting with special requests or providing local recommendations, their professionalism and warmth were impressive. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Attended a function here. Banquet hall is comfortable with good air conditioning. Rest rooms sanitary fittings are in average maintenance. All can not be utilised . Needs attention.Experienced the same thrice. Food quality is good. Vegetarian food quality also good. Good service by staffs. Rooms are neatly maintained.

24 th Annual Nephrology Meeting attended. Everything is good. Specially food is very delicious. Especially Chicken Gravy. People's work with very free minded. Mr.Malisamy, Arul Stephen and Sanjith responses are good. Thanks for Mr.Sujith and Mr.Rajesh.

Staying at this hotel felt like escaping into a serene, untouched paradise. The property is nestled within lush greenery, with towering trees and vibrant flowers creating a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere on a hill top. Each morning, I woke up to the soft sounds of peacocks singing and the fresh scent of the forest air. The panoramic views from the balcony were breathtaking, especially at sunrise, when the light cast a golden glow over the landscape. It’s a true haven for nature lovers, offering not only a beautiful environment but also a sense of calm that makes it impossible not to relax.

We went there for dinner to celebrate a special occasion, and it turned out to be a memorable experience. The view of Madurai from the venue was absolutely marvelous, adding a scenic touch to our celebration. The food was delicious, with a buffet offering a variety of options, although à la carte was not available. It was a delightful evening with great food and a stunning backdrop.

This hotel is in the midst of 67 acres of greenery. Once in it You won't believe it is in a city. You will see many wild animals in the property itself. We enjoyed the soft trekking, and the clean pool. The major highlight was the friendly staff, who are genuinely happy to serve you.
