The rooms at Le Royal Park have an outdated interior, with dark curtains that made the atmosphere gloomy and caused discomfort. The staff experience was disappointing—one lady had a visibly egoistic and dominating attitude, even pressuring guests for positive reviews. Another male staff member shared the same demeanor. On the positive side, the hall's atmosphere was pleasant, parking was adequate, and the restaurant staff, including the manager, were courteous. However, considering the room rates, the quality and service fell short of expectations.

This is really worst hotel i have ever experienced. we got stuck in cyclone and booked room. asked for help for hotel for basic things. we have asked for some emergency help like charging extra towel staff was very adamant and not provided any help. hospitality is zero. staff was saying no to everything. don't know if you can't help your guests in such situations what is the use. recommend not to stay here.

Worst hotel and worst ever services received . We booked for 2 days but we are checking out after one day only and all our money went in vain. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't be misguided but the good reviews as we did its completely waste of money. It’s smelly, worst breakfast and services . Never recommend this to anyone coming to Pondicherry.

In a simple city we loved our cosy stay in this property. The rooms are big and so is the buffet. The food is authentic south Indian and has global options too. It has a swimming pool and spa facility too.|The hotel staff is very courteous but language is a problem. Hence communication seems to be a challenge.

Google says this is a 3 star hotel we felt the service was better than 5star. Very warm reception, eager to help our toddler with a high chair. Food customisation and everything. The pool and all the common areas are super well maintained. Very happy with our stay.

A very good hotel with excellent hospitality. Although there might be a language barrier, the staff makes an effort to assist. The team is friendly, and the pricing is reasonable.

The service was great. Not only the service but also the food and the location which is their the hotel also awesome. And the staff were working the ginger also so friendly and awesome Special mention MR. Shivaprakash for his service from the starting to till the ending date also I can’t be forget. And I am sure you are the big asset in ginger Pondicherry Overall happy.

The rooms are really clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and professional. They helped me to find a 2wheeler on rent to roam around town. The housekeeping is pretty good. The food is quite expensive, but it's tasty. And they have a safe parking area right in the premises.

My recent trip from Hyderabad. I have checked in on 31 Dec ‘24, it was a pleasant experience. Property is centrally located right on the main road - been there with an infant. Staff (Satya & Raj) were very virtuous. Definitely recommend!!
