Good experience overall. Some confusion regarding cab confirmation at the end during checkout but tegy eventually provided it. Restaurant is good as well. We had a 5month old baby with us, staff was cooperative and very friendly. We went during peak season so rates were very high but that is the case with every hotel in Pondicherry during Christmas.

The staff's amiability truly stood out. From check-in to departure, their warmth and attentiveness made the experience memorable. Additionally, the culinary offerings were outstanding – a diverse menu with delicious options. Overall, a delightful stay with excellent service and gastronomic delights.

Value for money awesome food great ambience bigger rooms neat and clean proximity with all sight seeings.

Amazing location as it is in the market area, service was great and we loved our room. Please add some balls in the pool area for people to play. The hotel is well maintained and rooms are clean. Bfast spread was good and staff were attentive. They got our coffee right which is really important to us.

We came here initially for a drink as we loved the outside garden and patio - so peaceful and beautiful. Luckily we decided to stay here for a dinner which was a fantastic gastronomic experience. Meals are beautifully presented and full of flavours. The lemon tart with herbs sorbet and cucumber was a perfect addition to the dinner. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to have a high quality fine dining experience. The waitress Lupin was very professional and kind.

The staff with their hospitality do a commendable job. There’s nothing like this place. The place and the people have my heart. There isn’t any other place I’d ever stay at except for here and the food is to die for as well. It’s an experience I wouldn’t trade anything for. The milk jam is heavenly.

Excellent food! Excellent service, hidden gem. Only has a few tables, so make a reservation before hand. Everything was wonderful the music the atmosphere, must visit in Pondicherry.
