3 Best Budget Hotels in Pondicherry, PY

I went last week with my family and friends. The rooms live upto expectations. Entrance/ reception area/ common areas are clean and well decorated. Breakfast and dinner was served hot, food was tasty, Cafeteria was clean. They have few shaded car parking which I liked a lot. The hotel is in a marketplace so easy availability of anything in case you need.

Located at the heart of the city, highly recommended stay with great service and well maintained rooms along with their own full veg restaurant. Just around 2kms away from Aurobindo Ashram, French Colony and Promenade Beach, one can easily opt for local transport. Well maintained parking facilities too.

Hotel is at perfect place where you can travel at any direction. Hotel staff is really coperative. I stayed with my family in Room No. 402. Breakfast was very tasty. Most of the time hotel restaurant is in full capacity. Really like Hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Sabthagiri, Pondicherry. The room was clean and hygienic, and the washroom and floors were well maintained. The privacy and overall cleanliness were excellent throughout our stay. The staff were very polite, humble, and supportive. We stayed for 2 days, and the hotel is very affordable compared to other options in Pondicherry. One incident really impressed me: while checking out, I returned the room key and we were standing outside near the gate. After a few minutes, the receptionist came out and informed me that I had left my watch in the room. I checked and realized it was missing. I truly appreciate their honesty and responsibility in returning it safely. The hotel location is also very convenient, with good bus connectivity and easy access to most of the famous places in Pondicherry. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommended.

This is an outstanding hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The restaurant on the lower level was excellent. Delicious food and excellent service. I visited from March 16th to 22nd 2024. It is situated in a perfect location that is within walking distance of the beach and promenade. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends considering a trip to Pondicherry. I felt very safe as a foreigner in this area at all times of the day and night. I would certainly stay there when I visit India again.

I would suggest that if you're looking to stay in Puducherry, this is the best place to choose. The atmosphere here is filled with positive vibes, and everything from the food and room maintenance to the cleaning and staff is excellent. The overall positivity of this place makes it a perfect spot to stay.

We had a wonderful experience here. They gave us space to rest and freshen up as we reached quite earlier than our check in times. They even kindly kept our bags for almost the whole day even after we checked out. Very cordial and humble staff. Highly recommend people coming to pondicherry.
