We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We are welcomed by kashmiri special Drink "Kehwa". It is so tasty and one must try when you are in Kashmir. Hotel boys took our luggage and put it in our room. Food provided in this hotel is very delicious and multiple varieties of food had been served. Room is very spacious, hygene, and I feel like my home. Bathrooms are very clean, all washroom necessaries ( Soap, Shampoo, Moisturizer) are provided. They provide AC heater with a controllable remote , Electric blankets with 24/7 Hot water. I recommend "HOTEL ROYAL BATOO" FOR all tourists in Kashmir. Thanks to KASHMIR PORT for providing 2 nights stay in "HOTEL ROYAL BATOO"

Good Hotel near the main Lal chowk area. Good rooms. Heater is available in rooms Heated mattress and hotwater 24/7 in wash and showers. We traveled during the 3rd week of December 2024 and hence these were very important for us as a family. They have a attached restaurant downstairs. They serve buffet breakfast & dinner. We opted for breakfast buffet only.Dinner we ordered Ala Carte. Parking is available.

One of the oldest and finest hotel in Srinagar for culinary dishes . We enjoyed the family lunch at the hotel and enjoyed the meals. The quality of the food is good and very tasty. The staff are very cordial and well experienced. The hotel didn't changed the menu for more than one hundred years old.

Super clean and beautiful rooms. The location is near residency road, Srinagar which is one of the great places. It is very close to Lal chowk approx 1-2 kms. Staff was good and services were fast.

Truely one of the best restaurants in terms of taste, service, quality and much more. We tried wazawan thali which matched our exceptions. Everything tasted great except lahbi kabab. If you want to enjoy kashmiri cuisine then it's a must visit definitely.

An excellent hotel with a good location, delicious food and a top-class service. I was warmly welcomed by the staff on arrival. The manager was very helpful and guided throughout my stay. And the exceptional service by the staff was second to none. Would definitely be staying here again.

Very clean rooms and washrooms. Staff is extremely helpful, they can arrange special transport etc. Location is brilliant, a short walk from Dal Lake and shikara ride. Food is served quick. Car parking available. If there is any trouble, manager Sajjad and his team are guaranteed to help out immediately.
