My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and reflected genuine 5-star comfort and elegance. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a relaxing and luxurious experience. What truly made the stay unforgettable, however, was the staff. The team was incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their attentiveness and hospitality made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. This hotel sets a high standard for comfort and service, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium experience. Everything was excellent; the only small suggestion is to make some changes to the food menu.

Really comfortable stay and very hospitable staffs. We can approach them at anytime and for anything, they always try to sort it out asap. And the food there definitely needs a special mention. There were quite a few options for every meal and every single one of them delicious. Even the south indian dishes were absolutely yummy. Thank you for such a good experience :)

This is absolutely the best hotel I have stayed at in my 3 weeks in India and Kashmir. The facility is clearly well kept. The common areas are very clean. Plenty of parking when we arrived. Check in was a breeze. Very professional staff, got us to our room very quickly. The room was very nice. Everything works. The heating is limited to certain hours, when you are out anyway. The heated beds are just the best thing after a long day out and of course in the winter, keeps you cosy all night. Well stocked for a quick coffee or tea in the room. The response for a hair dryer was immediate. In the dinning room there is plenty of staff to meet any special requests you might have. We had plenty to choice at the dinner buffet. Breakfast too was delicious. Value for money for sure.

A beautiful hotel with amazing hospitality, the food was good and the staffs were very friendly. Room was comfortable and very clean.
