From the housekeeping team to the concierge, everyone seemed genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The Lalit Grand Palace Hotel in Srinagar is a stunning blend of opulence, heritage, and natural beauty. Nestled amid the serene landscapes of the Kashmir Valley, this luxury property offers a regal experience, steeped in history and surrounded by breathtaking views of Dal Lake and the Zabarwan mountains. Our recent stay at Taj Srinagar was nothing short of spectacular. The snowfall during our visit transformed the property into a winter wonderland, making the experience truly unforgettable. The moment we stepped out onto the balcony, we were greeted by a blanket of fresh snow. It was an absolute delight for the kids, who had a wonderful time playing in the snow right outside. Watching them enjoy while surrounded by the serene beauty of the landscape was such a heartwarming sight. The views from the restaurant were simply breathtaking, with the majestic Dal Lake glistening amidst the snowy backdrop. Dining here was a visual and culinary treat, and the staff ensured we had a wonderful experience. The property’s ambiance, the incredible views, and the impeccable service all contributed to making this stay incredibly special. Taj Srinagar is the perfect blend of luxury, warmth, and nature’s charm. It’s an experience I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene and memorable getaway. Taj Dal Lake offers unmatched service, breathtaking views, and top-notch hospitality. The complimentary upgrade to a cottage made our stay even more special. The breakfast spread was excellent, in-room dining was delightful, and housekeeping was impeccable. A perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday—truly the Taj experience.

The staff are the highlight of this property! Very helpful and cheerful right from the start. Lovely breakfast and dinner. Wide spread of food. This hotel was very refreshing to stay at after seeing how customer service has detoriated in every travel industry. Only issue to point out in the room is the lack of ample ventilation in the bathroom and water leakage from the bottom of the shower screen.

Brilliant service. Loved the hospitality from the staff. Staff was very caring and always willing to look after the guests. We had one of the best Thai green curry. Overall food quality was excellent. I would strongly recommend this Hotel. Afreena, Ishfaq Bhat, Sajad, Mujeeb, Tanveer and Abid were all very helpful.
