We really had a great time. The structure is very nice, with plenty of space for our kids to play. There is also a small playground that kids loved. The staff was super nice and helpful, supporting us in any request (logistics, tourism, or little needs with the kids). From the staff, Murali was extremely helpful and kind. I warmly recommend it!

We had very good family stay here. Rooms are very specious, neat and clean. Specious sitting area and great view from balcony. Staff and service was good. They arrange pool side dinner. Complementary breakfast has many varieties though the taste is very blunt and not spicy. Overall great experience and Recommended.

Housekeeping did an excellent job, maintaining the room clean and comfortable. Special thanks to salim and all the housekeeping who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made a real difference. I truly appreciate the level of service provided by the hotel staff and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay at JP palace was relaxing and well looked after. Apart from initial check-in and room availability hiccup, rest were all good! Buffet breakfast and dinners were a relish! Swimming pool & gym facility were amazing too. Particularly, housekeeping department were extremely helpful and quick service.

We loved our stay there at JP Palace. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Rooms were clean. Service was great. Food was very good. Their Chef at Orchids cooked the special meal according to our requirement. Our rooms were upgraded to Executive suite at no extra cost. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. And we definitely would stay there at our next visit.
