What's even more impressive is the top-notch service. It's the little details that makes a big difference. Everything is taken care of. Staff are very warm, friendly and helpful. The place is very beautiful that gives me thought that I should have come back here again. The people are very accommodating and the view is very relaxing. This place suits for refreshing and breathing for a while. It takes aways your anxiety and negative emotions.

Fantastic Experience. Lobby is one of a kind. Staff hospitality was on show from the time we checked in. We were also given a free upgrade to the palace as a milestone was being celebrated. Recreational facilities are very modern and Staff are on the ball when it comes to maintaining them. Excellent pool facility. Rooms are top notch and housekeeping is of a very high standard. No faults can be given.

One of the best hotels in western suburb. It is a huge property with excellent service.. rooms and service both are amazing. Restaurants have wide variety of cuisines and the taste is genuine. It also has a nice garden and swimming pool is well located overlooking the beach. There is an entry to the beach which is well guarded. Overall a nice place to stay and eat out.

Excellent Property, amazing food. The X-Mas lunch was well organised and the band was good .|However, the dinner was a bit disorganised , the grill food was a flop. The service was really poor for dinner on X-Mas .|The saffron restaurant the staff and the manager Nikhil were amazing.The food was great.

Grand Hyatt in Santa Cruz is a premium hotel close to the airport. The interiors feel very majestic and the art installations give you the feel of an art gallery. I could go on and on about the art but you have to see it for yourself. The room is very comfortable and the ones on the first floor give you a common balcony overlooking the pool. The bath area of the room is large and simply gorgeous. The pool is lovely and the gym is very good. The restaurants are good. Fifty-Five East has a good breakfast buffet. Celini has excellent Italian. The Gourmet store is great for bringing home some nice gourmet products as gifts. The breakfast buffet spread is lavish and the live counters had a lot of variety. The chauffeurs are extremely well mannered and helpful as is the staff.

This was a great hotel. The staff were excellent always smiling and wished us all the time from the security staff at the entrance to the staff at the from office including the staff at the clubhouse and housekeeping. The hotel was real value for money and is perfect for a short stay and was a convenient distance from the international and domestic airports. Rooms are great with total privacy! I would surely go back during my next visit to Mumbai.

I love Hyatt and stay there quite often. The staff is incredibly hospitable and looks after your needs. They would take care of my breakfast really well and days when I didn’t come down, they would send it upstairs to my room. I sprained my foot and the staff sent the best flowers for my recovery. Sweetest hotel with amazing people.
