3 Best Budget Hotels in Mumbai, MH

The hotel was in a great location, right in the area of Fort. The rooms were clean and well kept. All the staff were extremely nice, in particular the gentleman that helped us during check in and also all the staff at the breakfast buffet, such a happy and friendly crowd! They kept giving us recommendations and explanations of all the local food to try. We are especially grateful to the night staff that helped us with check in. Our flight to Mumbai was extremely delayed so instead of checking in at 5pm we ended up doing so at around 4am, which meant we could not really enjoy the hotel as much as we would have liked. However, the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially at that time of the day. We would have liked to stay another night but unfortunately it was all booked for the next day.

Don't be put off by the building works on the main road. This is a very friendly welcoming hotel in the side street. Quite small and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and were willing to help sort anything we needed: great local knowledge and advice. Nothing was too much trouble. And lovely waffles and omelettes for breakfast.

Great place in the heart of the city. Rooms a little tight but very comfy, great mattresses and linen. Service is top notch at this place, I would definitely stay again. Nice hot breakfast.

This place is super! staff genuinely cares. chef wants to be sure you enjoyed the free breakfast, which is served long hours, from 7:30 to 11:00! front desk and helpers were very attentive. spotlessly clean, and the bed was really comfortable! i had a corner room, with two windows. even if you get a smaller room with no windows, you can step out into the long narrow dining room or long narrow front lounge and have some chai and work on your laptop. i felt like the staff were family, always kind and helpful. highly recommended.

I stayed there while my parents were visiting me for 2 days and it was a very comfortable experience. The staff members are sooo humble and accomodating.... Special mentions to Mr. Gangadhar, Mr. Hemand, Mr. Khushal Singh and Mr. Mohan Singh... From the time we arrived at the hotel even before the check in time and until we left for the train way past the check out time... All of them were very humble and welcoming for us.... Thank you for taking care of us so well... Looking forward to visiting again.

I don’t know who are these people who have given bad reviews to this hotel. It was my first trip to Mumbai that too solo. Choosing this hotel was indeed a very budget friendly and great choice. The staffs are very respectful. They will try to help you with everything and accommodate the best possible services for you. Sanjeev bhaiya especially. Nicest person he is. The food is also decent and not costly at all. Felt very comfortable and safe as a solo female. Will definitely choose the same hotel for my next trip.

The hotel is exceptional, the front desk staffs was very courteous right from the start to end. Somthing you don't expect in a budget hotel in MUMBAI. The housekeeping staffs were kind, they didn't seem to bother you at all. They kept the place tidy and clean. Clean bathrooms and hotshower.(Could have added a liquid showergel and shampoo). Would definitely recommend those visiting for businesses, specially for those from overseas.
