Dr. Smita's session has provided me safe space to share my anxiety and stress while going through an unexpected tough/stressful phase in my life. Her wise advices , relaxing sessions and patiently listening to my issues has really helped me to stand tall in front of the situations that i was going through. She has helped me in taking care of my mental and physical health and as well as my personal relations while going through stressful situations. Dr. Smita helped me tackle self-doubt and stress issues that had been weighing me down for over two years. I am currently a class 12th student, I was facing issues in my studies after fantastic performance in 10th grade. When the pandemic began there was a gap in schooling and that broke my focus and led to a rapid decline in my studies which in turn deteriorated my mental health. There was no one to help me and I was losing hope. After a few appointments with Dr. Smita, I was able to identify my issues and take steps to resolve them She was very friendly and understanding of my issues and offered me gentle guidance and advice relevant to my situation, which no one had been able to. My studies are already back on track and I see a bright future ahead. I am really thankful to her for helping me regain my lost confidence.

The CBT sessions which I took from Dr. Smita are highly effective and extremely helpful. Now I feel very relaxed, calm , happy and positive in my life. Thank you so much Dr. Smita for helping me in my tough times .

I attended a workshop by Ms. Nikita on understanding therapy and my experience was really good. Ms. Nikita explains everything is details with appropriate case studies and the fun element she adds in really make the session interesting, she is full of knowledge and learning from her is a pleasure for students, thankyou Ma’am for the informative session. Looking forward to attend and learn more from you.

Person centred approach, knowledgeable and understanding in nature and the sessions are formed to each individual’s needs and situation. If you’re on the fence of having therapy, do the initial session and see for yourself.
