Dr Laxmi is truly the best psychologists out there. I have been to multiple therapists and have never seen anyone like her who understands what the person is going through and understands human behaviour and emotions like her. She told me in my first session that I feel alone and I also didn’t know that I was feeling like that. That helped me understand why I was behaving the way I was behaving. She provides clarity and ease by explaining to you why it is you are feeling the way you are feeling and gives practical advice about what you can do and how you can overcome it. She also helped me with marriage counselling and helped me overcome some dark and negative emotions I was going through. So grateful to have found her. From the first session itself with her, your life will transform:)

I had been facing issues primarily related to self-esteem and relationships and had visited Doctor in order to address them. Doctor was patient enough to listen to me and comprehend the issues effectively. She also has a great ability to create a safe space to process the emotions and provide apt guidance during the course of interaction which leads to addressing the core of the issue properly. I am taking Sushma mam's counseling sessions for the almost 2 months. After first session itself I felt so much positivity. She is the one to whom you can share everything. My daughter was going to clinical depression and we came across Find your path. After two years of hard work done by Dr Mahek have finally helped her to come out of depression. It has been tough journey for us as a parents but with her support and treatment we knew our daughter is in good hand. The key points I want to emphasize are that Dr. Mahek was always on call and knew exactly how to calm my daughter down when she had a panic attack. She treats her patients with the utmost care and without passing judgment, and she consistently creates a warm, welcoming environment that makes not only her clients but also their parents or guardians feel at home. I advise you to not be afraid to seek treatment and get in touch if your child or someone you know is experiencing depression. Writing this with my personal experience.

Find your Path has definitely helped me finding my path to live life without anxiety. Dr. Mehak is seasoned professional who has provided me with valuable insights to deal with my traumas, anxiety and panic attacks. I have been in touch with her from more than one year now and I would have to say that I have evolved (quite literally). I strongly recommend people to visit here who are still contemplating to start therapy.

Dr.Mehak is very good at her work. She has the ability to see an individual beyond the physical aspect and learn about his psyche more than he knows about himself. Her passion to help people heal reflects in her work and her professionalism.
