I had great experience being part of this beautiful journey which was not just weight loss but a therapy session... I lost 5 to 6 kgs with thyroid issue and got to know much better about mindful eating and also you need not to stop eating your fav but you need to just know how to cover it up Everyone there are so kind and like a family they treat understanding our comfort and our routine even though while I had cheat meals and was upset for it but they were like no need to worry when I shown good result they apprenticed me like their own I just not got diet session but a session of therapy which helped me in all spheres of life I now know what to eat when to eat and if any mistakes then how to balance it Thank youu for the amazing session glad I joint it enjoyed every bit of it.
