Dr. Anand took the time to understand my fears and was very patient and reassuring throughout the consultation. He explained the procedure in detail and made sure I was comfortable at every step. I needed a couple of fillings, and he performed the procedure with such precision and care that I didn’t feel a thing. Dr. Amit Anand’s gentle approach and his ability to put anxious patients at ease are truly remarkable. I am now less fearful of dental visits, thanks to him. Dr Amit Anand and the entire team at Realtooth Dental Clinic are extremely professional, friendly and helpful in understanding patient issues. Have had 2 wisdom tooth removals and 2 teeth implants fixed at the clinic and the procedure was performed perfectly with minimum pain levels. Bit a far off from where I live but this team of doctors are definitely recommended because they take care of you entire time,from appointment scheduling to treatment time everything is well coordinated and done perfectly.

4-5 years ago I got my RCT and crown done from Dr Abhinav. The entire procedure was so smooth that I thought every where it would be the same. Till date there are no issues. Last month I visited a near by dentist due to traffic congestion issues for RCT and Crown. But this time my RCT procedure was very painful, after that he gave me a crown 2 times but every time there was food deposition, last time he said I will have to get my last molar removed to stop this food deposition. After all this I again visited Dr Abhinav just to know if I have to get my tooth removed. He gave me a new crown and in the first attempt he gave me a crown where there is no food deposition. And I don’t even have to get my last molar removed. He definitely is the best dentist and I will recommend him to everyone.

Dr.Abhinav Singh is one of the best doctor in Lucknow for any kind of dental treatment. He is most experienced, accurate and put his hundred percent involvement with the patient. I have gone through for root canal treatment and dental bridge. I am very much satisfied with his suggestion and way of treatment.Main thingh, his treatment is painless.
