She has been exceptional in her care and expertise, explaining everything clearly and guiding us through the treatment process with utmost patience. We visited her six times for my mother’s condition, and thanks to her treatment, including two injections, my mother’s vision has improved significantly and she is doing much better now. Dr. Charitra’s ability to address all our concerns and make us feel at ease was truly commendable. I would also like to appreciate the counseling staff, billing department, and especially Dr. Charitra’s assistant, who guided us so well throughout the process. She is an excellent and caring professional, and her support meant a lot to us. Very professional service. Never had a question about next steps. Every staff knew what the processes were, no ambiguity at all. Dr Ravi Krishna was gentle and comforting. It was a complicated case, handled very well. All the doctors and staff were very professional and kind. I have been to cmi aster and Columbia Asia, many staff like to be immersed in their phones...didn't see a single staff like that.

Dr Ravi Krishna good work with minimal procedure ,my dad is diabetic patient for 25years surgery explanation and other medical terms were well organised and staff were helpful.

I had a great experience at this hospital. Dr Shalini is an great doctor with well versed knowledge and her ability to explain all the doubts are impeccable. Hospital has good and calming ambiance and the all the staffs from the nursing to receptionist all the staffs were guiding and friendly. All the floor coordinators were very helpful and made the process really smooth. I highly recommend this hospital to all the patient who seek a great care.

Although it was a little uncomfortable during the procedure, the recovery has been smooth. Dr. Radhika is very soft-spoken and explained the procedure clearly.
