Had a fantastic experience at the KFC Howrah Railway Station branch today. In the middle of the usual station rush, the service here was a breath of fresh air. A huge shoutout to Mr. Anwar and Miss Pallabi for their heartwarming welcome. They served me with genuine smiles and handled everything with great efficiency. It’s rare to find such high-quality hospitality at a busy transit point.Their 'service with a smile' and heartwarming welcome transformed a quick meal into a great experience. Foods are tasty and delicious. Always found the food fresh here. I have been visiting the branch for last 5 years, and there was never any issue. According to me it is one of the best KFC branch in Kolkata-Howrah area. Foods here are less oily than other KFC branches. Their smokey are the best. There is ample space and big seating area. Whole place is very neat and clean. Service is quick. Behaviour of the staffs are also very helpful.

I just love dinning in here . As it is situated inside Howrah station , you can afford to stay here more 5/10 mins more just because you don't have to take a bus or vab ride to reach the station after having your meal . It is spacious and the inside atmosphere is nice . There is also a Pizza Hut inside this place .

Good place to hangout with friends and family. Located on food court in Avani mall. Ample seating space, fast service. Good ambience around. Food we all know why Mc Donald's is famous for, taste is good. U can order with the app too. Good experience overall

Most Efficient Dinehouse in the whole of Avani Riverside Mall. Speedy, efficient and polite, so polite that i left my phone there, and yet still, they found it and gave it back to me. Very impressedbwith the McDonald's Avani Riverside Team

We got the Mc Aloo Tikki and Surprise Chicken Burger from the Mc Donald's outlet of the Avani Riverside Mall.

The place is mostly empty hence service is quick and the staff is really sweet and helpful. It is located on the 2nd floor of Avani mall. Kinda close to Howrah maidan metro.

We have ordered crispy chicken , French fries, pepsi & chicken whopper. Every item was good but chicken whopper not good as we expected. Most recommend & budget friendly.
