Its known for one of the best medical colleges in India .Now it us gaing worldwide attention and it is treating covid patients here and exclusively 3 floors are dedicated gated for the covid19 patients. The doctors and nurses are doing their best and frontline soldiers in treating them .My daughter studied her house surgeon here .

I am a student of this college..It has a very good infrastructure. Great faculty. Huge advantage is that it has both attached hostels and hospital just surrounding it.This makes it easy for paraclinicals. Anatomy,Biochemistry,Pathology,Forensic,Physiology,Pharmacology,Microbiology,SPM departments are present. It has a canteen,Vivekananda auditorium,Mini auditorium,Library,Reading room, big playground, 2 basketball courts,volley ball court and library,,,,also parking facility is present.

One of the best Medical Colleges of India with a great team of professors. Since it is Government College so only students with distinction and higher marks can think about studying here and get their MBBS and MD seats.
