The shop owner was quite amiable and gentle person. I mean he was so elegant that he didn't even check the flaws in my earphones. He just handed me a new one after gazing at my tax invoice in a few seconds. So, my overall experience was beyond expectations ..

Very nice service. They don't ask so much questions like other service center, just tell the problem .and they will provide the solution. I have replaced my boat earphone within ONE MINUTE only. AND VERY NICE PERSON..

So, what could be the best part in getting a exchange? Hassle free and quickly with the utmost hospitality. I went to exchange my 255F boat rockerzz today i.e 4th of August and trust me it was a dreamlike experience, the person concerned just asked me the model number and brought me the model, that's it, with a benign smile it was a really nice experience as I was without headphones throughout pandemic, anyways please come here to experience world class service.
