The Sales, Delivery, and Finance teams were professional, transparent, and customer-focused. Special kudos to Jagan Rai, Hemant Singh, Siddharth, Deepak, Raghu, and others for their excellent support. However, I believe the loan interest rates and processing fees could have been explained more clearly upfront. I only received full details at the last minute, which left me with no alternative options. If this aspect were handled better, my satisfaction would have been 100%. That said, I truly appreciate the seamless experience and now look forward to receiving the same level of support post-delivery. Thank you, Spinny team!
