The Sales, Delivery, and Finance teams were professional, transparent, and customer-focused. However, I believe the loan interest rates and processing fees could have been explained more clearly upfront. I only received full details at the last minute, which left me with no alternative options. If this aspect were handled better, my satisfaction would have been 100%. Being a Non Indian citizen, I don't have much knowledge about the local procedures but the transparency in the system at CARS 24 was satisfactory. I don't know about other competitors but my experience here was good.

Transparency in procedure, Politeness of staff, Response from their end was good that if I would have got 5-10 k less also for my car I would have been satisfied because It saved me a lot of time and efforts.
