I had an excellent experience at this store, where I purchased spectacles for my parents. thanks to the outstanding service provided by Mr. Naved and Ms. Anita. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire shopping process, starting from eye testing to the final delivery. Both of them gave us ample time and support, making sure we were comfortable and well-informed at every step. My parents are senior citizens, and they were especially considerate, making sure to explain everything in a way that made them feel at ease. I highly recommend Mr. Naved and Ms. Anita; they are truly assets to the store and made our experience so pleasant.

The experience with the store continues to be highly satisfying as before.I would like to add Mr. Sunil Executive who facilitated selection of the glasses was very helpful and explained in details making selection process very easy.

Bhanu was extremely helpful and helped me get the items I required instantly. He assisted me to pick out the right fit and guided me in the process. He also gave me a freebie contact lens case as I needed one urgently.

Mr. Deepak was very helping in selecting frames and suggesting the most suitable frame. He is well informed and well behaved. He knows what will suit better on different face cuts. Thank you for the kind gesture.

It was lovely shopping experience here especially MR Deepak Gusain has helped us a lot to figure out which frame will suit my sister thank you so much for the treatment and time , it was best experience me and my sister had with titan and Deepak ji.

Recently visited the shop, and I must say it was totally worth it. I wandered around the entire day looking for a perfect pair of glasses, but finally found them at lawrence. Great choice of glasses, with professional staff support. Especially, Mr. Praveen assisted us so well and helped finding the perfect eyewear. Totally Recommended for fellow frame lovers.

It was great to have service from Dr John and Mr Monty. They came for eye check up of my father ( super senior citizen). Their approach to listen the concerns was very humble and patient. Both were very supportive and knowledgeable. I recommend this service for elderly patients.

As usual Ms.Shalini was a great help. Although the venue has temporarily shifted -finding the latest place was no problems due to excellent signage.
