I am extremely grateful to the entire medical team at KIMS for their outstanding care and professionalism during my daughter, Liza Fathima's, hospitalization. She was treated for acute appendicitis with mass formation and underwent a successful appendicectomy on 03-12-24. From the initial diagnosis to the surgery and post-operative care, every step was handled with utmost precision and compassion. Special thanks to Dr. Aswathy Ravikumar and the entire pediatric surgery team for their exceptional expertise. The staff was always attentive, approachable, and ensured my daughter felt safe and cared for throughout. The facilities are top-notch, and the level of attention to detail, including post-discharge follow-ups and guidance, is commendable. I highly recommend KIMS to anyone seeking quality medical care. The facility exuded luxury with a well-appointed waiting area. The staff demonstrated friendliness and professionalism, contributing to a positive experience. The hospital maintained high cleanliness standards, creating a neat and hygienic environment. However, it's worth noting that the overall cost felt on the higher side. Despite this, the hospital's commitment to cleanliness, friendly Rooms are clean and large with tasteful decor and modern amenities The view from our room was good and calming Theres enough parking although slightly busy during peak hours Underground parking 30 rupees/day which is reasonable Restaurant and coffee shops serve tasty snacks The F&B staff were very courteous and always ensure if you need snacks/food/refreshment.

I recently had a HydraFacial treatment with Dr. Remadevi at KIMSHEALTH, and the experience was excellent. She was very professional and took the time to explain the process, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The procedure was painless and relaxing. My face felt deeply cleansed, hydrated, and refreshed. Dr. Remadevi also gave me great skincare tips to maintain the results. The staff Jayalakshmi and assistant was friendly,. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for expert dermatological care!.

I had a very good experience at Pattom SUT Hospital, especially in the pediatric department. The doctors were skilled and caring, and they made sure my child received the best treatment. The facilities were modern and well-equipped, which made us feel comfortable during our stay. A special thanks to Vandana, the guest relations executive, who went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Her kindness, warmth, and positive attitude made a huge difference during a stressful time. She was always available to assist us, checking in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her genuine care and empathy provided immense comfort, and it’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making patients and their families feel at home. The hospital staff were friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Most modern facilities with highly experienced doctors to provide effective treatment. Always avaliable when were needed, being it as hospital it's like being in another home where you are taken care.The interaction of all the staff including that of doctors are very impressive. Had an great experience. The staff was so welcoming. We were admitted under DR. Vikraman sir The Surgery was successful, and hoping for a speedy recovery. The room was very neatly maintained, so is the bathroom. The room service here was so helping. And the food quality was really good. Had a really warming experience.
