My heartfelt thanks to Nandagopan Sir and the team Physio clinic who has given me the confidence to walk again. I have approached Nandagopan sir with multiple problems in my left leg, which was due to a major accident that happened 15 years back and a recent injury which has hurt my knees and ankles, which didn't even allow me to stand for 2 minutes or to walk 10 steps without pain.With a swollen ankle and extreme weak knee and thigh muscles I approached them. Sir heard all my problems with utter patience and advised me to undergo strength training.The instructors were really patient and helpful and answered all my queries and concerns. I could see a great improvement in the first week itself.Within 3 weeks, I was able to walk and stand properly without pain. Last month I approached the Physio Clinic with chronic neck and shoulder pain. Due to the stiffness of muscles the movements were immensely painful. But from the first day's treatment itself I felt relief and it increased my confidence. After 10 days of electro therapy and exercises, the muscles became normal and it made the movements easier. Nandagopan is the main consultant. He does a patient hearing of the problem and a thorough analysis and suggest the treatment. I went for a neck spasm while I was on a customer visit in thiruvananthapuram. Got good relief with the initial pressure treatment and electro therapy.

After enduring shoulder impingement and resulting pain for over 6 months, I had stumbled upon this physio center. Dr. Dara and team is really great and very importantly they patiently listened to and assessed my condition. My case required sessions of dry needling coupled with ultrasound and chiropractic adjustment. Dry needling really helped relief my condition and it also helped me to restore full mobility gradually. This is an excellent physiotherapy center for sports related injuries and generally as well. God bless them.
