Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum (VITM) is a very good Technological Museum for young and curious minds especially for students. The entry fee is 50 and may go down for educational tours. This museum is very good company to Government museum just beside it. You can spend a good 3-4 hours here. Mind you this is not a tourist spot as the things here are more technical than artistic. The Museum has 4 floors with ground floor and first floor dedicated to mechanical engineering, second floor to electrical, third to bio technology and fourth to modern electronics. The morels are interactive which I found surprising. Each floor also has fun activities section.

This place is very near to my home and I have been to this place almost like couple of times also if any relatives comes to our place with young children I will take them here and they will also be so much excited to learn and see the fighter plan, helicopter etc from very close by. Also the younger kids who are in around 6th class to 9th class will show so much interest to see about each and every details related to air craft. This place is must for those who are very much interested in Aviation and also on the mechanical side. This place is very well maintained, neat, hygienic and the entry ticket is also very less. Kids will enjoy a lot and if you have kids within 2-3 years.
