Great place to be with your family and kids. You're kids gonna love this place. Parking area is small. You need to buy Extra ticket for 3D hall and coal mine at the gate while buying entry ticket. The prehistoric area is even better for the kids. It's not overly crowded that's a good thing. There is a small restaurant like shop inside the campus. Overall it's a nice place to spend some quality time with your family and kids.

It's a largest cultural congregation of Northeast India. The Kalakshetra is also a nice and attractive tourist spot in Guwahati. India's World famous musician and singer Bharat Ratna Bhupen Hazarika musium is also located in this place. But the sad news is, Kalakshetra is not so disable friendly. There are so many staircase in the building, that's why people with wheelchair, can't watch all the parts of this musium.
