Very nice teaching.... Teacher is very cool.. the class has very relaxing atmosphere... Teachers help us to forget college pressure ... Totally recommended for music and relaxation.

The best place to learn hindustani intrumental/vocal music. Epitome of tradition culture and music In fact the "gurukul" System of music is followed here. Permanent students- of the Institute are selected on the basis of an examination and practical skills by stalwarts of the institution. Public -are allowed to learn music from great teachers on weekends. Instruments taught-tabla, flute, sitar, violin, guitar. Totally NON COMMERCIAL, emphasis is made on making each one a self sufficient musician. Not many people come here, a floating population, infact this is such a great opportunity for all to learn in such a beautiful GURUKUL atmosphere. If you are trying to enroll your kid, do so without any second thought, in 2-3 years of classes and practice, the kid can reach a decent level without doubt. I suggest every music enthusiast to visit this place on the weekends sometime to get to know what's happening there, I guarantee that all will be inspired to learn from such a place. All stalwarts here are graded AIR artists par excellence. I hope and wish that more such gurukuls open up all over India and more people enroll there to make music an integral part of their life.
