Smeetal and Lopamudra created a tailor made diet plan according to my specific needs based on my blood tests and health goals. They also motivated me to follow the diet plan throughout the duration by regular follow up calls. It was a wonderful experience working with them. We enrolled my mom for 3 month program and we are quite happy with the results. My mom was paired with Dietition Khushee Gandhi. She really took the time to understand my mom’s patterns, habits and rituals. And created a diet plan that very easily fit into her busy routine. It was nice that Khushee spoke the same native tongue as my mother, it made the communication lots easier and comforting. My mom has few health concerns and we wanted to target the weight loss as she was overweight. Khushee tailored the plan considering all the conditions, and in 3 months my mom saw a drop in close to 20 lb. With the weight off, she looked younger, moved easily and it brought new found confidence and energy into her day to day life. Really grateful for Khushee and the team working. My mom continues to maintain the guides provided by Khushee during the 3 months. Of course there are more tweaks to be made and it’s an ongoing journey, but this was very helpful re-direction of better eating habits and lifestyle changes that my mom needed.
