He and the team has been very responsive helping us understand what exactly would be included, how many crew members will be there and what equipment they will be using. Additionally, the team was very clear on the pricing and proactive in providing agreed data i.e. pictures and videos in time. He has even edited the video on our request several times until we were satisfied. The pictures have come out beautiful and video has the creative angle to it.
