We used their service for the first bday of our baby. Nikisha and Nitin understood the requirements and didn’t force her opinions or ideas on us, she and her staff went out of their way to make the decor 80-90% close to what we had in mind, in fact , they did it better than what we had in mind. The return gifts decor was also super adorable. On the night prior to the event we felt some of the elements were not correct, in that case the decor team was very very polite and understanding and made all the changes without a single complaint! They made our day! All our guests loved the decor and the photos turned out beautifully! Kudos to the decor team !!

I wanted to provide great feedback for Urban Events. Nikisha, you managed to coordinate with us so well, and all the guests loved the decor and event arrangements. Kids enjoyed a lot. The Anchor, Chocolate Fountain, Bubble & Tattoo Artist, and DJ were fantastic. Despite the heavy rains and traffic congestion in Pune, none of your arrangements were delayed. Lotus events managed my wedding in March of 2022 and it turned out great. Everything was meticulously planned and executed. Right from handling of the guests to the decoration to the managing of the events was done in such a seamless fashion that we had nothing to worry about. Our ideas of how our dream wedding should be were converted into a reality with their help. Special mention to the help provided by Adee Bhatevara, Aishwarya and Neha for being present and helping us sail through the wedding without a hitch.

Office ambience is very good. Work staff is very cooperative. It's a twinge in your heart far more powerful than memory, a feeling of a place where ache to go again, and make that event wonderful. Best EVENT management company.

We had great experience with them as it was Destination wedding for us as we are from Kolhapur, they had helped us in all our last minute requirements. Their seamless work has made the wedding memorable for us and our guests. Coordination with all vendors & hotel was well planned n executed. Cherry on the cake was their decor ideas and execution. We had wonderful experience. highly recommend them, their professional team, planning and decor.

The event management was really good, the decor, taking care of the guests and keeping everything ready on time as per instructions. The team is very sweet, their service is excellent and were very helpful with the last minute changes as well.
