Our tutor Sri Kiran garu a well experienced Yoga master always thrives to create positive atmosphere during sessions and treats every student as per their unique requirements and esuring each and every student practices safely and effectively. I highly recommend Sri Kiran kumar garu for those working with Systems/computers from morning to evening and will definetly enjoy the feeling of lightness internally and externally.

It's the best place for yoga in Vizag. Gaurav sir pays personal attention to every student and makes sure you get the right posture for every asana. Everyday is a new variation and usage of different props. Every asana that he motivates us to do has shown me my true strength - mentally and physically. He is an amazing and inspiration teacher. The studio is well maintained with peaceful and positive ambiance.

Swastik Yoga Studio is one of the good place to learn yoga and Gaurav sir is the best yoga instructor. He teaches the poses very well and gives personal attention to all his students.Highly recommend to join his classes.

I feel more confident and mindful in my practice. The quality of the teaching by Gaurav sir is excellent, and simple advice and techniques taught in class greatly helped me understanding of some poses which are tougher.
