IBIS Chennai City Centre was truly impressive! The hotel offers great value without compromising on comfort or service. The rooms were compact, clean, and equipped with all essential amenities, making it a perfect choice for business or leisure travelers. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to major attractions and business hubs. The staff were extremely courteous and efficient, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. A perfect, hassle-free experience—I would definitely stay here again!”

I stayed at the property during a business trip and was very happy with the overall experience. The rooms are clean, well maintained and comfortable. The staff are very well mannered, courteous and helpful. The food was hygienic and flavoursome. Overall, completely happy with the choice of property.

The overall experience was great, the rooms were clean and neat all things considered. At times service took some time but when called reception was ready to help always. The breakfast food options are good and they accept requests as well for additional items. Dwiden assisted very well and took care of my requests very effectively.

I have been to NWH many times for more than two decades. Nice place in a nice location. I am fond of their food items. Delicious to tongue and conducive to stomach and home touch to heart. No words shall suffice to appreciate their room service staff's attitude and service.

I have visited the Tanjore restaurant with my family.Excellant family vegetarian restaurant with wonderful ambience in Chennai City. Both South Indian and North Indian dishes are available. Quality and taste of both are good. I would strongly recommend this restaurant for vegetarian food lovers.

I went after a program in music academy at about 9.30 pm.to my surprise there was a queue and it was regulated well and ate ghee roast,sambar and curd Vada! The taste of all items are outstanding! The quick service with smile at 10 pm was appreciable.

The food and service were in top notch. We enjoyed the food and complimentary sweets for valentines Day. Mr Ali was so kind and humble who provided a great service. Since the complementary sweet baklava was so tasty, we asked for extra pieces for money but they provided one more plate as complimentary which is a great gesture. Keep it up the service.

"I had the opportunity to visit this property when a friend was staying here, and I was impressed with what I saw. The rooms were clean, decent, and nicely maintained. The location is fantastic - situated on OMR, next to a mall and food street. Plus, the Geetam restaurant is conveniently located right outside the room doors. Overall, I found this place to be an excellent choice for a quick stay. The concept feels more like a motel, but it's definitely a nice option for those looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay."

Best hotel service I have ever seen in this price range. They are providing as much a facilities they can. Special thanks to Front office team they were very helpful and humble to us .
