I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The entire staff, including the front office, restaurant, and housekeeping teams, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'd like to extend special appreciation to Mr. Solomon, the hotel manager, for his outstanding assistance and hospitality. Additionally, Restaurant Coordinator Mr. Thirupal provided excellent care and attention to our needs.

Offering the services of a 05 star level.Linen is changed every day and the rooms are kept in a very hygienic condition. Friendly staff almost there to assist the visitors. Convenient and reasonable rates. Highly recommend for a peaceful stay.

Well maintained clean and comforable room. Proximity to railway station is an advantage. Room Service is prompt. Value for money in its 2 star category.

At an extremely convenient location. Walking distance from Chennai Central Railway Station. Room was extremely clean and well equipped and staff behaviour was top notch. They arranged for the local tour and took care of everything. Will definitely stay again.

The rooms were very clean. The hotel is very close to the metro station which makes the travel easy. The staff were very cooperative and made our stay comfortable. The beds were soft and bathrooms were clean! Indeed a business class experience!!! Very safe for women to stay as well. Looking forward to visiting again!!!

I had a wonderful 2 night stay with my family at this hotel. The receptionist jayashree was extremely welcoming and accommodating. When I requested a room change from upper floor to ground floor, she went above and beyond to make it happen. Her exceptional customer service is truly appreciable. The service staff was also prompt and attentive, quickly responding to our every request. Our stay was comfortable and hotel's proximity to Chennai Central made transportation a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for it's excellent service, convenient location and comfortable accommodation.

We had a very pleasant stay at the BHIMAS Inn. Location is great and easy to find. Rooms were good. This place excels in the service, the staff was super helpful and they assured our needs were always taken care of. It's definitely an honest stay.
