I recently visited Hyatt Regency for a meeting and had a truly wonderful experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by their staff. While waiting in the lobby, I decided to surprise an acquaintance dining in the hotel restaurant with a birthday cake. Basumati at the pastry shop was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my surprise was a success. She efficiently coordinated with the restaurant staff to have the cake delivered at the end of their meal, even though I had to leave before it was delivered. This kind of attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction truly enhanced my visit. Thank you, Basumati and the entire team at Hyatt Regency, for making my experience so memorable.

This is nice place to stay inside the city .staffs all are responding well and they gave us very good service .we stayed 3nights in the hotel it was very good experience to us .my daughter was enjoyed very well. Mr Channa from housekeeping staff member,he given us very good service he cleaned our room neatly.thanks to culinary and service team they given best food and service breakfast buffet thanks to Hyatt regency Chennai to given good memories.

Upon checkout, I misplaced my bag, but the security team, particularly Mr. Joy, responded promptly and efficiently, resolving the issue quickly. I am very pleased with my stay.

I stayed at Hotel Green Park, Chennai for 5 days, and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. From the very first day, the staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team was polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Small things like smiling faces, quick responses, and genuine concern made a big difference. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and everything was always neat and fresh when I returned. I also really enjoyed the food. The breakfast spread was good, and the meals were tasty and well prepared. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into both quality and service. What I appreciated most was the overall vibe of the hotel calm, professional, and welcoming. The management and staff clearly work as a team to ensure guests are comfortable and happy. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Green Park team for making my stay so pleasant. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose this hotel again when I’m in Chennai. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful 1-day business stay. The room quality and service were very good. The food service was also good and fast. The reception staff, especially Durga Maya, were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The area is safe and the hotel is close to a mall, which was very convenient. Highly recommended.

Amazing food at Tulips, Green Park Hotel. The service by Arun was excellent—very polite and attentive. Loved the ambience! Tulips restaurant is a great place to dine. Arun took great care of us and made sure everything was perfect.
