They have great design ideas using the most modern materials, giving us our perfect home service in the production of drawings for homes. Highly professional friendly, quick, listened to our requirements, offered various design solutions, had very effective communication with the planning department, and kept us informed at every stage. The architect team provided excellent support throughout the project. They designed the duplex layout with great creativity and precision. Both Sayyad and Asif have impressive design skills and a very supportive attitude, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Completely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

Currently my house construction in Tupudana (Ranchi) area is going through. Design and architecture was initially built by Poddar & Sons, and now they are taking care of constrcuting the house as well. As of now, my experience is good , Ranjit ji (Owner of Poddar & Sons company) is visting the site regularly and making sure that quality and strength is of superior quality. He provides the clear instruction to all labours and workers on site for maintaining the superior quality of the work to meet the customer satisfaction. Any complain raised by client about work is addressed immediately, this is what i really like most about him and his company. Also HR team is good here, they know how to handle client with politeness and humbleness. Once the construction of house is completed by end of next year, i will write more detailed feedback about work.
