Good doctor, listens patiently, humble and tries his best to remediate. Concern is the waiting area that lacks basic facilities (unhygienic toilet, proper sitting facilities), and also heard that the open area is prone to snakes (so that's a safety concern). Else, the doctor is helpful as well.
