“Dr. Amit Sharma graduated with an MBBS (1995 batch) from Government Medical College, Kota, Rajasthan. He completed his postgraduate training (DNB) in General Medicine at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital (SGRH), New Delhi, where he developed a strong foundation in Rheumatology. During his post-graduation, he conducted research on patients with rheumatoid arthritis. To further enhance his expertise, he trained under Prof. Anand N. Malaviya, widely regarded as the “Father of Rheumatology” in India, at ISIC Superspecialty Hospital, New Delhi, where he completed a three-year DNB superspeciality programme in Rheumatology. For international exposure, Dr. Sharma attended a postgraduate course in Rheumatology organised by the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) in Naples, Italy. He also successfully completed a two-year Certificate Course in Rheumatic Diseases certified by EULAR.”
