One of the premium gyms. Located on the 4th floor of the facility. Valet parking is available. Outside shoes are not allowed, like pretty much every gym in Bombay. Staff is good, professional and friendly. They have several floor trainers throughout the day as well as personal trainers. Gym is the least busy from 11AM through 3:30 PM. Group classes are offered on the upper floor, which include kick boxing, spin, cardio, Zumba, yoga, and more. The CrossFit room.is very very small, not enough for a couple of tire flips. Locker room has plenty of lockers, get your own locks. The staff is always there cleaning up the locker and shower rooms. Steam room is available be takes few mins to get going. Overall a good place to workout.

So this place is more than just a gym. You can walk in and make friends that will guide you and help you out each time. They have great programs such as kickboxing, yoga, Zumba etc that you can opt for to change the routine once in a while. They have dedicated cardio and spinning sections with mood lighting and good instructors. The staff is humble and helpful whenever approached.

t's a very nice gym with world top class equipments of Life fitness and Hammer Strength, and people surrounding is also good, and staff of this branch is very kind, they help members very well and all the trainers are certified with good knowledge of teaching as well. Good place to Achieve your goal

I am currently a member at Talwalkars Gym Malad West. The gym is spacious, well maintained, and has a good crowd. This is a shoutout to my gym guru, personal trainer (PT) Sagar Geed for his guidance during my PT was excellent. I was a bit skeptical when the team assigned him to me but he made sure i was comfortable and pushed me to do more every session which actually got me into the groove. He is soft-spoken, highly driven and committed. His willingness to accommodate my sessions after his working hours does truly stand out. I would definitely recommend PT with him. #teamwolves

One of the best Gym in the Andheri, great ambiance and environment. Here Zumba class is amazing. Pankaj Sir is very good instructor, we celebrate all festivals and enjoy because of him. It's like a second home for me and Zumba class is best stress buster.

This place is amazing, from the machines to crossdfit area and others are top notch, and the floor trainers are really nice , they keep guiding you every now and then, and the staff is also really nice and sweet .
