I had a wonderful experience at the Gedee Car and Science Museum. They not only have vintage cars, but they also have models of their engines and explanations of how they work. Royal vintage carsThere are lots of awesome vintage cars. They come from Indian kings and also from the owner's own collection. They're super shiny and look almost new, especially the limousine. They tell you cool stuff about each car, like stories and facts. And there are small models of engines and gears so you can see how they work, which is really cool! Gass Forest Museum is a government run natural history museum situated at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Toward the end of the 19th century, an aborted attempt was made by J. A. Gamble, the conservator of forests for Madras Presidency, to establish a forest museum in the province. A few years later in 1902, Gamble's successor as Conservator of Forests Horace Arichibald Gass succeeded in establishing a museum for forestry. beautiful Museum in the city Coimbatore.

The Museum is may be one of its kind in the Country. The varied range of species and number of specimens kept is brilliant. The AV monitors kept in each gallery plays very relevant content and gels very well with the tour. The highlight is the separate apiary outside the Museum. Consisting of a varied range of bee species, it is an excellent place for gaining a sea of knowledge about insects.

This is one of the very informative museum that we have visited. Museum is well maintained and it is worth visiting. Closing time is bit early, so you need to plan your visit accordingly. They should have allowed photography inside. I would recommend this place for children. They would love it.

Lovely museum which showcases large variety of insects. The beauty is the way in which they are organized. You can see varieties like butterflies, moth, silk worms, borers, beetles, bugs, locusts etc. Many have a history like from the origin to the endlife. They have smart TV's which will display particular information about the insects. They also have guides who will explain about the collections. People from all ages will like the museum.
