I decided to consult with the doctor when my weight had reached an unimaginable level. Having seen other dieticians before I was very skeptical as to pursuing a plan. But, Ms. Pradnya Padhye is easily one of the best dieticians in the country. She helped me lose 30kgs in under 11 months while ensuring I was able to eat food of my choice that was healthy at the same time. Her plans and combinations have worked a marvel for me and I highly recommend her for anyone seeking to lose weight. She has helped me bring about a change in my lifestyle which was unimaginable a year ago. Being a teenager, I was very self conscious about my figure, and today I'm confident about the way I look and how I plan to stay healthy for the rest of my life.

At Balcal Nutrefy I enrolled in a therapeutic nutrition program for a 3 months period. Due to a medical condition, all my body vitals became abnormal and I had drastic weight loss with low energy levels. With proper guidance and follow ups on a high protein diet to complement my physician prescribed medicines, I have now regained normal function and feel much better!
