This used to be a wonderful park to spend the evenings when it used to be maintained and sponsored by a corporate. Then they decided to honour Swami Vivekananda with a statue. That is when the good times of the park ended. Now the park is poorly maintained. There is a children's park and a public restroom nearby.

A peaceful spot in Kowdiar. This park is clean and well-planned, a great place to relax and escape the city noise. It's quiet and calm, perfect for unwinding. Evenings are the best time to visit, with soft light and a cool breeze.

Kowdiar Park is a nice spot to relax and enjoy some greenery. It’s good for a peaceful break, but keep in mind it can be a bit noisy since it’s close to the main road. Overall, it’s a lovely park for a quick escape!

This is a very beautiful location situated 10 km from Thiruvananthapuram central. Great place to hang out without both friends and family. There is an entry fee of 20. A train ride and boating facility is available. A train ride will be great for children. A walkway, park and beach is located nearby. The beach is clean and not that crowded where one can view a beautiful sunset.

Despite the lively surrounding, this spot is perfect for walks, deep thoughts and aimless strolling. I find that I often visit this place to avoid stress and procrastinate my responsibilities. Also the park seems to have a mood of its own.
